We will help you arrange a villa or apartment for rent. We will purchase and install equipment, assemble furniture, connect the Internet, hang curtains, hang pictures and lay out cozy pillows on sofas and armchairs at your request. This is an ideal option if you want your property to make money while you are abroad or if you bought the property for holidays and do not want to deal with home improvement yourself.
We will help you get a residence permit after the purchase; we will provide legal support, an interpreter, and we will help you prepare documents. The purchase amount is enough to obtain a residence permit for citizens of any country and their families.

If there are problems with the interior or exterior finish, we will repair, fix or redo it; all guarantees are stated in the contract. if your plans have changed
We will buy your villa in two years if your plans change. If three years or more have passed since the purchase, the company will return not only the amount spent on the purchase, but also pay an additional 10% due to the capitalization of the object. We have secured capitalization guarantees in the contract.
