Georgia’s first all-inclusive hotel announces Technical Services Agreement with Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA

[BATUMI, GEORGIA, 23 MAY 2023]  The Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio hotel complex – the first hotel in Georgia with a unique all-inclusive infrastructure – announces that a Technical Services Agreement has been signed with Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, a leading, global hospitality management company.

On May 22, the signing ceremony of a consulting agreement on technical services between Aimbridge EMEA and the European Village construction holding took place at the Wyndham Batumi Hotel. 

Earlier, on October 11 last year, the company signed a corresponding LOI (preliminary agreement) on future management.

The technical service of renowned hospitality experts Aimbridge Hospitality will accompany the construction of the Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio hotel complex with the first all-inclusive services in Georgia.

Representatives of Aimbridge visited construction sites where hotels and residences of the Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio complex are being built in accordance with international standards that determine the effectiveness of the subsequent operation of the hotel.

Aimbridge Hospitality is a leading branded and luxury hotel management company with more than 1,500 hotels in 20 countries. The well-reputed company had decades of experience in the hospitality industry.

Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio is part of the largest hotel chain in the world from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The collaboration of two world leaders will raise the Georgian tourism market to the international level.

The hotel complex is being built under the top-class brands Wyndham Grand Residences and Wyndham Grand Hotel. There are only 70 such hotels in the world. Four objects are being built at once in the Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio complex.

The proposed infrastructure in the complex is the most extensive and unique in Georgia and includes various sanatorium functions, such as a medical physiotherapy and rehabilitation center, three SPA complexes (including a halal option), outdoor and indoor pools (including a halal option) with bars, an aqua zone and slides, as well as a bath complex with Turkish, Russian, Finnish and Japanese baths. 

For fans of an active lifestyle, fitness centers are also provided.

The complex offers a variety of business and work opportunities, including a co-working area, four meeting rooms and conference rooms. There are playrooms, clubs with animators and nannies, a rope park and a climbing wall for children.

The complex has 12 restaurants, cafes and bars that offer a variety of cuisines, including kosher and halal. There are also “Wine House” and “Chacha House” with tasting rooms, a helipad, a private beach area and many more facilities.

Thanks to such a variety of infrastructure, the hotel complex will ensure constant occupancy all year round and achieve higher profitability compared to other branded hotels.
