Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Family Club
October 2025
In October 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.
Block A
— During the installation of the roofing system, vapor barrier installation was completed, insulation with a slope was laid, and PVC membrane installation and insulation with a slope are underway.
— Work is underway on the installation of the upper waterproofing coating for the balconies on the 2nd floor. .
— Work is underway on the installation of porcelain stoneware on the balconies.
— Plastering work is underway: reinforcement for the application of decorative plaster, plastering work on the outside of the balconies, plastering work on the facade of the block.
— Facade work continues — installation of mineral wool, reinforcement and plastering, priming for the application of decorative plaster.
— Work is underway on the installation of clinker tiles on the facade and the installation of stone window sills.
— Decorative facade elements (cornices) have been ordered and are being delivered for subsequent installation.
— Work is underway on the installation of clinker tiles on the facade.
— Storm sewer risers have been installed from the roof, and storm sewer pipes have been delivered for installation.
Block B
— Work has been completed on the installation of the roofing system: installation of a vapor barrier layer, insulation layer, screed with slope, installation of water collection funnels, and installation of a PVC membrane.

— Work is underway on installing window slopes.
— Work is underway on plastering terraces and interior walls, and plastering work has been completed on the facade under XPS.
— Work is continuing on the installation of mineral wool on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
— Work has been completed on the installation of metal storm sewer boxes on the 1st floor.
